Before you connect

Does an API response mean the message was delivered?
No. Creating a message confirms that it was accepted for processing, not delivered. Follow its status and delivery events with the API or webhooks.
Can I send any message type from every number?
Available message types depend on the number’s connection and WhatsApp rules. Official API numbers require approved templates in the situations defined by Meta.

Less switching tabs. More time for customers.

Connect WhatsApp to the tools your team already uses.
