You need a Wassenger account, a connected WhatsApp number and an API key. Your AI client must support MCP; availability can depend on its plan.

Set confirmation rules in your AI client before enabling message sending. Approval depends on that client’s settings.

Before you connect

Does Wassenger always ask before sending?
No. The AI client controls tool approval. Configure confirmation for send and other write actions in that client. Wassenger’s MCP server does not enforce a universal approval step.
Can it check my stock or orders?
Wassenger MCP provides WhatsApp data and actions. Stock, order status and invoices need a separately configured connection to the system that holds them.
Can MCP run my automation Flows?

The MCP Flow tools list and send interactive Meta WhatsApp Flows. They do not run or pause n8n workflows. Set up business automations through Flows and their required services.
