Common questions about the Wassenger Affiliate Program.

How long does it take to receive a payout?
If you have more than $50 / €50 of consolidated profit and a PayPal account, you can request a payout — we process within 7 business days. We may reach out if there are irregularities and reserve the right to reject applications in breach of our terms.
If the person I referred changes WhatsApp number, do I still get my commissions?
Yes — provided the new number has never been used on Wassenger before. They can change numbers as often as they need without cancelling their subscription, and you still get rewarded for the first 3 consecutive months.
Can I receive an email notification whenever there is a new referee subscription linked to my account?
Yes — activate it in your Referral Program settings and we will email you whenever there is good news.
What happens if the referee changes plan during the first 3 months?
You earn the 30% commission on whatever plan they are subscribed to at the moment of each monthly invoice. If they upgrade or downgrade, your cut adjusts accordingly.
I have recommended your platform in the past but never received any benefits.
Make sure the referee used your unique referral link when signing up. Commissions are tracked via that link only — manual referrals can't be retroactively credited.
Can I recommend someone who was a customer in the past but cancelled their subscription?
Yes, as long as it has been at least 6 months since their last active subscription. Past customers re-signing through your link will count for fresh commission.
Can I receive my payout in a currency other than Euros?
Yes — PayPal supports payouts in most major currencies. Pick yours when you submit the cash-out request and we'll convert at the prevailing rate.
If I refer a customer who signs up immediately but only subscribes months later, do I still get commission?
Yes — our referral cookie tracking lasts 90 days from the first click. As long as they sign up within that window, the commission is yours when they subscribe.
What's the duration of the referral link tracking?
90 days from the first click. After that, the cookie expires and the user is no longer attributed to your referral.
If the person or company I refer wants to buy several plans, do I get commissions for all of them?
Yes — each plan they purchase under the referred account counts towards your monthly commissions.
Can I use my commissions partially in credits and partially in money?
Yes — choose a mix in your Referral Settings: take part as Wassenger account credit (no fees, applied to your own subscription) and part as PayPal cash-out.
