To keep calling spam-free, customers approve a quick permission request before your business can call them. After that, calling is instant.
Send a call request
Ask the customer for permission to call, right from the conversation. One request per 24 hours, up to two per week.

The moment the customer approves, you can call them immediately — no extra setup, no phone numbers to dial.
Call within 7 days
Call any time in the next 7 days. If a call is missed, retry inside the window without sending a new request.

WhatsApp Business Calling runs on the official WhatsApp Business API. If you are already on it, calling is a setting away. If you are on a QR connection, migrating is free and keeps your number and chat history.
