For teams chasing more than a handful

Forty open deals? A reminder stops working.

One person can remember three follow-ups. A team with forty open deals on one WhatsApp number cannot, and nobody knows which ones went cold. Wassenger schedules the message for real through the API, and its sales funnel board shows every open deal as a card, flagged when it sits past its deadline or when the chat has not moved in three days.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Scheduling, follow-ups and what WhatsApp does and does not let you do.

Can you schedule a message on WhatsApp?
Not in the app itself. Neither WhatsApp nor WhatsApp Business has a built-in send later button on iPhone, and Android only gets close through a separate reminder app. The two things that do work are a reminder that opens the chat with your message ready, which is what the tool above builds, and the WhatsApp Business API, which sends at a set time without you being there.
How can I schedule a WhatsApp message for later?
Pick the day above, pick what happened, and add the reminder to your calendar. At that time your phone alerts you and the chat opens with the message already typed, so sending it takes one tap. Nothing is sent automatically, and nothing is sent from this page.
Is there a way to send a WhatsApp message automatically at a specific time?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. In Wassenger you write the message in the chat, click the clock icon, choose a date at least five minutes away and it goes out on its own, whether or not your phone is on. Developers do the same with a deliverAt field on the send endpoint.
What should I write in a WhatsApp follow-up message?
Something short, specific and easy to answer with one line. Name what you sent, ask one question, and give the person a way out: no for now is an answer you can act on. The tool above writes eight of these for you, two wordings each, and the guide has all eighteen with the reasoning.
How long should I wait before following up on WhatsApp?
Three days after a quote, one day after a missed call, a week when someone is waiting on their own team, and a month or more before reviving an old deal. Those are the defaults the tool uses, and they are the same three day mark our funnel board uses to flag a conversation as cold.
Do I need to save the number in my contacts first?
No. The link the tool builds opens the chat straight from the number, the same way our free WhatsApp link generator does, so you never have to add anyone to your address book to write to them.
Is this really free, and do I have to sign up?
It is free and there is no account. The tool runs entirely in your browser: your list of follow-ups is stored in this browser only, we never see it, and clearing your browser data clears the list. Sending the messages automatically instead of by hand is the part that needs a Wassenger account.
Can my team see the follow-ups I save here?
No. Anything you save here lives in your own browser and is invisible to everyone else, including us. Shared follow-ups are what the funnel board inside Wassenger is for: one card per deal on the same WhatsApp number your team already answers from.
For teams selling on one WhatsApp number

You just wrote one follow-up. Where do the other thirty-nine live?

Wassenger schedules the message for real, and keeps every open deal as a card on a board inside the shared inbox your team already answers from. Same number, no second tool to keep in sync. The board is in beta and is not in the mobile app yet.

  • Deal board in the inbox from $39.90/mo: one funnel on Professional, three on Business
  • Stalled when a deal passes its stage deadline, Cold when the chat has not moved in three days
  • The AI second opinion needs the AI assistant, so it starts on Business. It suggests, it never moves a card
