Every deal you're chasing is in your WhatsApp inbox. Now it fits on one screen.

The Wassenger sales funnel board, one column per stage and one card per deal

Nobody loses a lead on purpose. It just scrolls.

Someone asked for a price on Monday. You sent it, they said they'd check with their partner, and since then eleven other chats have arrived. That thread now sits under a delivery question and a wrong number, still warm, still nobody's job. An inbox sorts by who wrote last, not by who is about to buy.

So we gave those conversations somewhere to live. Sales funnels are now in Wassenger, a board where every deal your team is chasing is a card moving through the stages you define. It arrives with five that already work: New lead, Contacted, Negotiation, Won and Lost. No new CRM, no spreadsheet to keep in sync.

Drag a card, move the deal

Each column is a stage, each card a deal showing what it's worth and when that conversation last moved. Drag a card and Won and Lost zones appear as you go, so a deal closes from anywhere on the board. Every card also carries a button that advances it one stage.

By Thursday that Monday quote wears a Stalled badge. You give each stage a deadline in days, and this one blew past it. A chat nobody has touched in three days reads Cold. Two filters, Mine and Stalled, cut the board down to what's yours and what's going stale.

A second opinion that never touches your board

When a conversation with an open deal gets new messages and then goes quiet for half an hour, Wassenger reads the recent exchange and leaves one of two things on the deal: a suggested stage move, or a warning that it looks at risk. Each carries a one-line reason and the sentence from the chat it rests on.

The model never moves anything. Accepting a suggestion is the ordinary stage move, and it never proposes Won or Lost, because closing a deal shouldn't be one click away from a sentence a customer wrote. It reads the messages only, never your internal comments, and expires the moment a new message lands.

The deal lives where the conversation does

Every one-to-one chat now has a Sales funnel panel showing the open deal, its stage, and a button that creates one without leaving the chat. A deal can also start from a bare phone number, and it adopts the conversation as soon as that contact writes to you. Reassign a deal and Wassenger asks whether the chat should follow.

Each card opens into a record with its own link, so a colleague can pick up a negotiation halfway through. It keeps what the chat won't: private comments, tasks with due dates, and every move the deal made, with who and when. Agents see the deals assigned to them and nothing else, even where they can read those same conversations in the inbox.

The plans it comes on

Sales funnels come with three of the Platform plans, and there's nothing to switch on. Professional gives you one funnel, Business three and Enterprise ten. The second opinion needs the AI assistant, so it starts at Business. One number on any of them and the funnel appears in the side menu for the whole team. It's all in the REST API too, with webhooks when a deal moves, is won or is lost.

One honest caveat, because this shipped days ago. It's beta. It works, and it will have rough edges. When you find one, tell us. It isn't in the mobile app yet either.

Back to that Monday quote

It's still in Negotiation, worth what you quoted, stalled since Thursday, with the chat one click away. Which deals are moving, which are stuck, which one nobody has touched since Monday afternoon: that used to live in somebody's head, and only while they remembered it.
