Meta's conversation pricing, which varies by country, region and message category (utility, marketing, authentication, service). Wassenger does not add any markup — you're billed by Meta at cost. Free conversations and rates depend on your destination market and Meta's current pricing table.

Pricing questions, answered.
Are there extra fees on top of my Wassenger subscription?
WhatsApp itself charges per conversation (Meta's conversation pricing). That's billed by Meta separately based on your sending volume and destination country — Wassenger does NOT add a markup on top of Meta's fees. Your subscription covers the Wassenger platform (inbox, AI, automations, campaigns, agents, API). Pre-approved templates are billed at cost.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You decide whether to subscribe. If you don't, your workspace pauses and you keep access to read your chats — no data deleted. If you subscribe, you can choose monthly or annual. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — anytime from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual subscribers can downgrade to monthly at the end of the annual term.
How do extra agents work?
Professional includes 3 agents, Business 5, Enterprise 9. Only the Enterprise plan lets you add extra agents on top of the included quota — €14/month each, no cap. Professional and Business plans need to upgrade to the next tier when you need more seats.
How are campaign limits enforced?
Each plan has a monthly cap on the number of campaigns you can send AND a per-campaign recipient limit. Professional: 10 campaigns/month × 500 recipients. Business: 20 × 1,000. Enterprise: 100 × 2,000. Rate limit (campaigns per day) also scales: 1 / 3 / 10 respectively.
Do you offer custom or volume pricing?
Yes — for teams sending more than 100 campaigns/month or needing 15+ agents, we offer custom volume contracts. Email support@wassenger.com or use the in-app chat for a quote. Otherwise the published Enterprise plan is the cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans continue until the renewal date — no early refund, but no auto-renew either. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business number?
