It is just spread across four hundred conversations. The board puts the same leads in columns, adds them up, and tells you which ones have gone quiet.
7 days free · No credit card · Works on the number you already message from

The New business funnel: five stages, six deals, EUR 11,760 on the board. Lost is empty and says so.
Instead of scrolling the inbox trying to remember who is still worth a follow-up, you read the board.
Up to twenty columns, each one open, won or lost. Call them what your team already calls them on a Monday.
Every column carries its own count and value, and the bar carries the whole board. Nobody maintains a spreadsheet for it.
A card points at the contact and the thread you already have. There is nothing to import on the way in and nothing to export on the way out.
Leads are rarely lost on purpose. They scroll off the screen, and a week later nobody can say whose turn it was.

Set one on the stages where silence means trouble, and the board flags a deal that has sat there too long.
Every deal carries the agent holding it, so "who is on this" is answered on the card rather than in a group chat.
Closed deals leave the working columns and stay in the history, so the board is this quarter and not since 2023.
A funnel carries a name, a currency, a colour and a description. What goes in the columns underneath is yours to write.

Editing the New business pipeline. Five stages, three of them open, and a three day limit on Contacted so a deal that sits there gets flagged.
Open a card and you get the working file: what was promised, what is due, and how it got here.

The assistant follows the thread and proposes the stage it thinks the deal has reached. It proposes. It does not act.
A suggestion lands on the deal with its reason and the customer sentence it read. Nothing moves until a person presses the button.
The assistant is not allowed to propose closing a deal either way. Those two are yours.
Chat messages only. Internal comments stay internal, and dismissing a suggestion clears it.

Agents do not have to learn a second screen. The deal is beside the conversation it came from.

More than one funnel when you sell more than one thing. New business and renewals rarely share a set of stages.
The board comes with every paid plan. How many funnels you may hold, and whether the assistant weighs in, is what changes.
| Plan | Sales funnels | AI suggestions |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | 1 | Not included |
| Business | 3 | Incluido |
| Enterprise | 10 | Incluido |
The suggestions ride on the same AI assistant the rest of the product uses, which is why Professional carries the board without them.
Visibility on the board follows the team permissions you already set, and is deliberately tighter than the inbox.
A restricted agent gets only the deals assigned to them, on the board and over the API alike. Stricter than the inbox, on purpose.
They read the whole board, and anyone can act on whatever they can see. Nobody is shown a deal they may not touch.
Creating and editing funnels is a separate team permission, on by default for admins and supervisors.
The conversations are already yours. This is the board that keeps track of what they are worth.
